Here is the quick endings guide for The Patient S Remedy game
Before you start
Your Save 1 will be after you’ve finished Ending No.2. After that ending, the game automatically starts over from the beginning. So make sure to save when you encounter the hospital map!
If you don’t do this you won’t have certain dialogue options and cannot unlock the true endings.
If certain choices do not appear make sure to play through the route a few more times and continue playing when the game starts over. Some choices will not show up until your second or third run.
Also keep in mind that we played the Japanese version, so the translation of the choices might not be exactly the same as the official English version!
Ending No. 02 (Haruki Mishima Bad end)
Day 1: Go to room 305 （305号室）

First, choose “Mucosal ingestion” for the CG. （粘膜摂取）
Second, go back to your 2nd save and choose “With your mouth”（口で）

Ending No. 03 (Haruki Mishima Good end) + Afterwards, you can play ending No. 17
After seeing Ending No. 02, the story restarts. Create Save 1 when the hospital map appears, and continue from here on.

Once you’ve seen all the other endings, the final ending unlocks and a new choice shows up.
Choose “I don’t think this is the first time I’ve met Shibusawa” (先生に会うのは初めてじゃない気がする)
After that continue playing until the game gives you the choice which room you would like to visit, the order does not matter. The order of the choices that also does not matter, because the game makes you view them all.
