Simple guide to get all the endings in Tales From The Under-Realm: Hazel
Relationship System
The game uses a relationship system: at first you start as Neutral (value of 50) towards Tori & Sasha, and then depending on your choices that relationship value changes by going up or down.
Needless to say, to get a happy ending with a character you’ll need to have a high relationship. Having a relationship too low will prevent you from reaching certain endings or scenes.
Not all choices change the relationship, and some have a much higher impact than others. While in this guide I’ll list all choices, you absolutely don’t need to get them all right to unlock a path. You can make some mistakes on the way.
In general, romance choice will be appreciated by both Tori and Sasha, so it’s a way to play it safe.
All the different endings
The game features 5 different endings, divided into 3 paths:
Tori’s path: this path has two different branches, depending on your relationship with Sasha.
Sasha’s path: similarly, this path has two different branches, depending on your relationship with Tori.
Alone ending (dark ending): this one unlocks if you have bad relationship with both Tori and Sasha.
As you see, even if you decide to go with a character, for example Tori, the relationship you have with Sasha will still determine the kind of ending you get.
Sasha’s Path
Except when totally unappropriate, in general Sasha will like joking and romance choices. Below, every choice in the game that changes the relationship with her:
Sasha “And that means you can teleport us out of here!”
Joking: -5 Romance: +5
Sasha “I… I’d rather not…”
Forceful: -5 Joking: -5 Friendly: +5
After killing the guard:
“He probably deserved it.”: +10
“That was too much!”: -10
Sasha “W-wait! The guard I killed– oh ♥♥♥♥, oh ♥♥♥♥, oh ♥♥♥♥! I’m in trouble, aren’t I? They’re coming to execute me? Yes. That’s it, it’s over for me. Oh no!”
Joking: -5 Friendly: +5 Romance: +5
When Sasha insults Tori’s order:
“Please, let her go!”:+10
“Stay silent”:-10
After Sasha’s funny dream and tits grab scene:
“How long have you been here exactly?”: -10
“Oh, really? Tell me more about those dreams!”:+10
“I’m not judging you”:+5
“You’re not a good person”:-5
“I understand now”:+5
“What you did was excessive”:-5
Sasha “His eyes. That look… when I realized I was hopeless and he just looked at me, as if I wasn’t worth anything to him anymore.”
Joking: -5 Friendly: +5 Forceful:-5 Romance: +5
Sasha “No, silly. I think I am done being an assassin. I… it’s not for me. I want to change. Start a new life.”
Joking: +5 Friendly: -5 Forceful:-5 Romance: +5
After the choice
After the main choice on who to trust, if you have 100 relationship value with Sasha you continue her path. The next choices with her won’t change her relationship.
However, there are some other choices that will alter Tori’s relationship to trigger two different endings:
When the guards come back to search for missing keys:
“What now? Don’t tell me that she wants to interrogate me again!”: Tori +10
“Oh, hello gentlemen. It’s nice of you to pay us a visit.”: Tori -10
“The only option left to Hazel is to come up with something that would buy her more time.”
Joking: -5 Romance: -5
Tori “Alright, let’s say that I believe you. Tell me where she is now!”
“I don’t know either (truth)”: Tori +10
“I will tell you in exchange for something (lie)”: Tori -10
When Hazel tries to go somewhere else than the torture chamber:
“That place scares me!”: Tori +10
“I am tired of staying indoors!”: Tori -10
First Ending: Sasha 100 relationship, Tori 100 relationship
Second Ending: Sasha 100 relationship, Tori <75 relationship
Each ending has a different romance/sex scene, and a different final picture (even if it’s just a change of outfits in this case).
Tori’s Path
Tori won’t like joking answers at all, tolerate friendly/forceful ones and despite her reactions, she’ll like romance choices.
Below, every choice in the game that changes the relationship with her:
When Tori asks Hazel to go back in the cage.
Obey: +10
Refuse: -10
“The unexpected decency makes Hazel question her current assessment of the paladin.”
Joking: -5 Forceful: -5 Romance: +5
Tori “It was all just some unfortunate accident.”
Joking: -5 Forceful: -10 Romance: +5
Tori “To my order of course. And no, no one special is waiting for me.”
Joking: -10 Forceful: +5 Romance: +5
Tori “I could be meeting with some envoys from the Council a short walk from this prison for all you know.”
Joking: +5 Romance: +5
Tori “Your pretty little head will be cut from your pretty little body.”
Joking: -5 Forceful: +5 Romance: +5
Tori “Speak!”
Joking: -5 Friendly: +5 Forceful:-5 Romance: +5
Hazel “But you… you won’t let that happen, right?”
“Please I beg you!”:+10
“I am valuable to you!”:-10
“Tori kept her gaze low, as if she was somehow afraid to meet Hazel’s eyes.”
Joking: -5 Friendly: +5 Forceful:+5 Romance: -5
After the choice
Similarly to what happens with Sasha, after you choose to trust Tori, her relationship with her won’t change.
However, there are some other choices that will alter Sasha’s relationship to trigger two different endings:
Sasha “Well, I’m sure you’ll come up with something. You’re the smart one!”
“I’ll try to put in a good word for you too”: Sasha +10
“I need to get out, then I’ll come back for you”: Sasha -10
Tori “Hmm. Is that true, Hazel?”
“Please, let us stay together”: Sasha +10
“As you wish. You’re the boss here.”: Sasha -10
Sasha “What did she say? Did you ask about the dead witches?”
“No, I didn’t ask her [lie]”: Sasha +5
“Yes, she did it to protect them”: Sasha -5
When Hazel is unsure if to confront Sasha about what she discovered:
“Tori told me everything about you!”: Sasha +10
“I’m just starting to lose hope, that’s all.”: Sasha -10
First Ending: Tori 100 relationship, Sasha 100 relationship
Second Ending: Tori 100 relationship, Sasha <75 relationship
