Time Loop NTR Game Review (タイムループNTR)

Today we are going to talk about a game that was a big surprise for me personally – Time Loop NTR. I came across it absolutely by accident, which is not surprising – the game is not sold in steam and is distributed only on Asian resources like dlsite. No advertising, no referral links, only blogs like mine allowed the game to become more or less popular, and meanwhile – this game has something to show us!

About the Story

This time we play as a typical Japanese innocent schoolboy. He really likes a girl, he asked her to go out with him and she, oh my goodness, said yes! But, uh, here’s the thing. While the couple was flirting with each other, they were hit by a car.

The outcome, it would seem, is obvious – but not in Asian games. In Time Loop NTR, both characters are transported to a parallel world, or rather, to a very specific school. In this school there may well live homo-frogs, wielding magic, but that’s not the weirdest thing. The main oddity is that this school trains girls for sexual slavery!

The school is mostly attended by majors, who actually use their position to “train” future slaves. The rules of the school are many, as an example – women can walk around the school naked, while men can’t; Girls can’t choose faculties for training, while men can. In addition, girls are branded as slaves for failing in school and they definitely go to serve the emperor as concubines.

The problem is that our girl lost her memory when she moved to a parallel world, and she doesn’t remember that we are her boyfriend, and that’s why she rushes into a new “student life” with non-standard rules. Now her main task is to get pregnant before the end of the semester. Our task is to prevent this at all costs, because we have the ability to go back in time to the start of the game, preserving our memories and acquired skills. Unfortunately (or fortunately), our chosen one does not have this ability, which means that we are free to suffer time after time trying to win her heart again.

Gameplay in Time Loop NTR

To understand the local gameplay, it’s worth reading the plot synopsis first. Yes, we have something like a roguelike, but without active gameplay, fights and randomly generated rooms. Instead, we scamper around the university, perform tasks and time after time try to get our favorite girl out of the shackles of debauchery, try not to let her lie down under every teacher and student… or do we not try?

The game puts the gamer in a strict time frame – you need to seduce the heroine in 3 game months. In case of failure, the game restarts, saving our accumulated experience and skills. Here’s the trouble! Our girl initially has no intention to communicate with us, and therefore the first few “runs” in advance will lead to failure – the girl will start a relationship with local rich people or a teacher, maybe she will get pregnant, maybe not, and we will only have to watch or hit on her without any chances. What’s more – when the world resets again, she loses her memory, but she still retains her attraction to other students and different inclinations! Which means they’ll glue her together even faster next time!

To develop skills and all other useful things in the game you use a local resource – gold, which can be obtained only in 3 ways, and 2 of them lead to the defilement of our girl and inclining her to “friendship” with other inhabitants of the college. The game hints that you’ll get the right ending, but you’ll still have to watch your ex walking all over the college. Agree – for the NTR genre the idea is more than worthy! Especially against the background of the classic scheme like “I am cool and all the girls lay down in front of me”.

Sooner or later we’ll still earn funds (mostly from corrupting our thrall), and buy boosters and other enhancements that allow us to meet the deadline and live the timeline “right”.

Fapability

Despite the leisurely gameplay, which involves H-number of repetitions and restarts, the fapability in Time Loop NTR…is quite on the level!

H-content is divided into two types – animations on the game engine and on CG-scenes. Thanks to the main feature of the game animations we will observe throughout the whole passage, because our chosen one will not be shy to make contacts with random students right in the middle of the gym. Yes, these animations are not many, they are monotonous, but they fit so well into the general entourage that you don’t want to pick on them at all.

But the CG pictures are pretty good. They are drawn very poorly, the situation is saved only by the context to these CGs and a good amateur translation from fans. Seriously – in this game I am personally excited not so much by the art as by what’s going on, and that’s why competent translation of texts in this game greatly influences the atmosphere.

However, due to the small number of animations on the game engine, I can’t give Time Loop NTR a high percentage of fapability. Yes, there was a boner throughout the game, and I had to look over my wife so she wouldn’t notice it, but it’s hard to fanfap those animations…hard. So is the CG art. But I’m a person with a washed out view on H-content, so if Time Loop NTR managed to arouse special low desires even in me, then in a person with a crystal view the snake will not only rise, but also spit. My imho is 3.5 ❤❤❤ fapability out of 5 ❤.

By the way, it should be noted, the game DOES have a full gallery with all the poses and CG art.

Verdict

Honestly, the game probably won’t appeal to everyone, but I still recommend checking it out. Good setting, interesting approach, not bad drawing, alas, could not give the game enough fan base to release it in all game stores, and it certainly deserved it.

It took me about 12 hours to go through the game 100% (open all CG and animations). I vouch – most of this time was passed with great pleasure, because I was really interested in discovering hidden scenes and trying to play the next “time line” in different ways.
